Over 4,800 CR members shared their Current shopping experiences. Here are the retailers which came out on top
Is it wiser to buy online or in-store? That's a question, without an answer. What we can tell you, however, is which mattress retailers are according to Consumer Reports members.
The list below includes both online and in-store merchants, and our data shows that people tend to be joyful buying a mattress either way. One of our members, over 8 in 10 who purchased a mattress on line (88% ) and in-store (82 percent) reported being satisfied with their expertise.

These are a few of the findings in our Winter 2019 Mattress Retailers Survey, in which feedback was given by more than 4,800 members about their shopping experiences that are recent, both online and also in-store.

Launched in 2012 by two software engineers, Tuft & Needle is a bed-in-a-box company that provides two mattresses, the T&N along with also the Mint. It sells mattresses on its own website, though you may also try them out in a few of its seven shops nationwide, or at Lowe's or Crate & Barrel.

Concerning choice, CR members that bought a mattress here normally rated it. And as for the cleanliness of floor design, on-time delivery, sales service, and also the quality of the shipping agency itself, CR associates were thrilled.
